There are some incompatibility issues for Python 3.6, going to accept the failing test for now, will investigate later.
I think I got it. It tried to install an outdated bluesky-browser (v0.1.0a2) for Python 3.6, since the latest bluesky-browser was only available for Python 3.7 at the time of the build. Now the package is available for both Python 3.6 and 3.7.
The build finished at 14:17, but the bluesky-browser for py36 was uploaded only at 14:16, so conda didn't pick it up
