Generated documentation (i.e., Sphinx) should be on a gh-pages branch and not under version control

Also, I am following the default epics/control group template: http://sourceforge.net/p/epics-pvdata/masarService/ci/default/tree/ https://github.com/UnitConversion/unitConversion This code has to be available in other national labs that use hg.

All I am saying is, in every controls group python project we roll out, the documentation is part of version control. Those two are examples from physics midlayer services
