xspress3 classes ROI methods need to handle setting 'kind' #35

This came up while going through the SRX code. There are helper methods an various level of the device tree like setroi and clearroi that change the high/low limits on the ROI in AD. These should also change the kind to 'normal' and 'omitted' respectively.
