[CSX] add EPU mode to EPU device #9

@stuwilkins Future implementation of all possible linear polarized light will require a different EPU mode so let's go ahead and put the mode in the read attributes so that we see it in sd.baseline? Or would we rather put this in the configuration attributes?

I think this should be in the baseline along with gap and phase. Good catch…..
