Update to incorporate PersistentDict in line #98

This should probably wait on https://github.com/bluesky/bluesky/issues/1388 being resolved so that we vendor a version of PersistentDict with a fix for that.

[ ] Vendor a copy of PersistentDict so it may be used if we are in an older version of bluesky.
[ ] Update this directory to be consistent with the one in the gist.
