Updated package versions for LiX #61

Thanks for the review - LiX also would like h5py to be installed via pip install rather than conda, apparently they are built differently (pip version supports szip, conda version doesn't). Any issue with changing that?

I think we need @tacaswell's input on the h5py package for the environment.
