Make data exportable to common formats. #14

We have a working tool for exporting data from databroker. It is called suitcase, and it has been used successfully by actual users to take home their data.

Currently, it exports into a HDF5 file with a reasonably self-describing layout that roughly mirrors the way we organize data in metadatastore.

@giltis has started extending it to support export to Data Exchange, Nexus, and any other desired formats.
