Run a "temporary notebook" service for teaching and demos #3

See, for example, https://try.jupyter.org. We should have an internal one that has our collection and analysis tools with a dummy (test) "beamline" and data broker with example data.

Bonus if we can someone expose this to the public so we can easily demo it elsewhere.
