Vortex EM detector support for CSX-2 (primary detector of end station IO-XAS) #91

The detector has been set up and tested using EPICS (dxpSaturn) with X-rays. Hardware issues are completely solved. We would like the vortex to be integrated into bluesky using MCA mode (multichannel analyzer) so as not to throw away data and correct for background and other things. Also would like to use the ROI mode for quick analysis (PVs already set for this). CSX-2 needs a bluesky upgrade to match CSX-1. Then this functionality can be deployed on CSX-1 to act as an I0 monitor that is directly proportional to the x-rays that hit the sample (currently no way of doing this without destroying the beam properties).
