Pseudopositioners at IXS #94

I was able to configure the 'standard' positioners and scalar detectors at IXS. They still help with configuring the pseudopositioners which are the "MAC_MOT" motors in the attached excel spreadsheet. I just copy/pasted the motors that @dchabot configured into their ipython startup config because I was not sure which were "optics", "machine", etc... These need to be busted apart into the aforementioned categories. I am leaving this here as a reminder to @dchabot!

These were configured by @dchabot prior to his departure and left in a working state, as far as I know.
