[BUG][BETA] Celsius and 24h time format settings are not saved when pressing save on weather page #132

When saving these settings they revert back to farenheit and 12h when page is reloaded.

On one of my setups I had celsius chosen, I could then switch to farenheit but not back again. I just changed to farenheit but the clock format also changed to 12h when I saved the settings.
