Add option for default relay state #40

Allow the user to change what the default state of the relay is after power on.

Very good. I have an issue where I want the button in detached mode to control the ceiling lights via zigbee that is actually is connected to that relay button. But on restart the relay turns off so I'm unable to control the light since it does not have power. This should fix this problem right? I'm thinking it would be good to be able to choose different default states on both the relays but maybe that's already your plan...
