added javascript file structure #23

  1. git fetch --all
  2. git checkout mt-scripts-setup
  3. check javascript files skeleton structure, make sure all files are spelt correct(especially tawian), make sure all files are there.

I see a couple misspellings (misspeltings??) / incomplete file names:

IcelandMain.js should be icelandMain.js romanaiaLandmarkProvider.js -> mispelled romania tuvaluHeadOfState.js -> needs Provider at the end
