Removed all hard coded HTML #46

  1. git fetch --all
  2. git checkout mb-removeHTML
  3. Check to see if all HTML is removed and currently the cities should populate along with the politicians. The landmarks will not currently work and will be blank.

The nav links are still there lines 16-20 and the navBarList() function is not invoked or imported to icelandMain.js
