Displaying Container Metadata (formerly Dataset Landing Pages) #356

It is not uncommon for us to stage a collection of files in a container for Net.Science (for example, files for running an EpiHiper experiment that we want to be accessible to people outside of BI, or a container including a dataset from an external source). When the user accesses that container (either by browsing or by using a provided link) they can't directly see metadata associated with that container that would give them some context for the contents (some people include README files, but that is not a requirement, and clicking on the README would require another step.

For this enhancement, we plan to associate metadata in SciDuct with information relevant to the container (eg, a description, possibly links to other sites or datasets, etc.) We would like a mechanism for displaying that meta for the container when a user accesses that container from SciDuct.

Additional comments: In Net.Science meetings, Dustin has indicated that there will be a subset of metadata elements for the containers that, if available, should be displayed at the top (e.g., description, others to be defined) and the rest of the metadata elements for that container can be displayed below that in alphabetical order.
