Nevermind, saw that you're in archives. Does restarting not make it show up?

Hi @NSSpiral, I am having the same issue with the same model on ATV 3 (A1469). Any advise on how to get it working? I unfortunately don't have @citystrawman's skills - maybe you can give some more instructions on how you got the file and how you got into the ssh then I can try the same? Looking forward to your help! This wil really bring some life back to my mum's old Apple TV! :D

Hi, you can download Kodi installation at http://mirrors.kodi.tv/apt/atv2/deb/ (download 14.2) and then if you use windows you can use winscp to move it into your apple tv (put apple tv's ip into host name and root as user name, alpine as password). Then you can connect apple TV by using ssh connection like put in ssh root@192.168.1.105(which is my apple tv's ip):
any updates guys? .. struggling with same issue
After jailbreak I used winscp to transfer the org.xbmc.kodi-atv2_14.2-0_iphoneos-arm.deb into apple tv and install it by ssh, the command is as follows:
