I have Apple TV 3 A1469. I'm already jailbroken... All steps following correctly. but Kodi or Nito not installing to my device

I am having the same issue. I can confirm my Apple TV is jailbroken. Blackb0x shows my device in jailbroken state and I have SSH access. Kodi has not installed/appeared on the Home Screen for me. I've restored and jailbroken several times as well.
