A1469 (3,2) stuck on Exploiting with checkm8 #92

Whenever I try this jailbreak it seems to remain on Exploiting with checkmatem8 for hours and never moves forward. This is a A1469 so I don't think I need the Arduino + synackuk's fork of checkm8-A5 is that correct?

I am running it on a VM (via virtualbox (Big Sur)) and running via terminal the last command is as below before it seems to get stuck

Running checkm8 on ecid 153200*** connected to Apple TV 0x8947 configuration

Is there something I am doing wrong or is the checkm8 process a long one (4hrs +) that i need to be more patient with?

checkm8 won't run in a VM

Is there any way to do the jailbreak without owning a mac? Was also trying to jailbreak the A1469 on a Big Sur Virtualbox VM, getting the same problem. EDIT: out of curiosity, why is this not available on Windows?
