Adding Required Module (crossfilter2) #140

Was getting an error "_Browserify bundle error { Error: Cannot find module 'crossfilter2' from 'E:_Common_Projects\NSWSES - Lighthouse_GitHub\nodemodules\dc'" when running gulp.

After adding this module, gulp works OK.

Was the stats page ok? there were some conflicting crossfilter problems that I was working though. two libraries with same code but different names or something like that and it was a balls up to fix.

As development has moved on, I will withdraw this PR.
