Job stats page doesn't load when there are no jobs #153

TypeError - 'JobDuration '

This code needs to be made to handle the situation where there are no matching jobs: https://github.com/NSWSESMembers/Lighthouse/blob/master/pages/scripts/stats.js#L593

Repro: pick unit with no jobs for past few days. Select Lighthouse menu -> Job Statistics
