• Updated web logo
• Update primary theme colour to match logo background (might not be official SES colour)

• Updated Forms to fixed maxWidth (720) via new FormPanel component
• Removed back link on title headers (cancel option already there)
• Added minHeight to title headers for consistency

Yes originally it as just the logo - then after I submitted the PR I made some more changes without switching the branch. I did update the description to reflect that.
