According to Wikipedia, Spanish braille is similar to French braille and Portuguese braille, and has several related versions for various subregions. It looks like it is used in Latin American countries also. Implementing this would be a good start for them.

In Spanish, PDF documentation from ONCE. I did manage to translate it to English, but it messed up the display of the tables showing the braille, so that wasn't very useful. It doesn't have that many math chars listed and what is listed isn't in a good form to convert to what's needed for MathCAT's unicode.yaml file.
