Remove AsCompound and tidy internal UI controls #43

  1. remove the Chemistry "As Compound" setting
  2. rename the internal control names generated by wxFormBuilder to improve code readability
  3. update the wxFormBuilder designer with the PauseFactor control (was previously manually added)
