I found that when reading MathML that I get some odd artifacts.
I had some problems with this being responsive, so in NVDA, I unchecked the trust voices, Unicode normalization, and extra dictionaries for symbol and characters.
Perhaps this is what caused the MathML reading problem, but I do not think so.

This made it very responsive, even for typing character echo.
I have been using the SAPI adapter that adds the Natural voices to NVDA. The software can be downloaded from:
