Always get / NOTFOUND/NOPRIV #4

I set the command as default youtube so when I typed !youtube artist - song no action performed

some said https://forum.sinusbot.com/threads/not-loading-scripts-properly.406/ no luck with https://forum.sinusbot.com/threads/notfound-nopriv.3182/
