Bump `requests` minimum version to patch CVE 2023 32681 #23

Patches CVE-2023-32681 by bumping the minimum version of requests to 2.31.0

Bumps package version to 3.0.2

The updated requests package uses the new v2.0 version of urllib. Running tests does not seem to indicate that this introduces any problems. More info here.
