I have pushed my work related to the office archetype to the branch office-archetype. I did not want to open a pull request yet, as this is still work in progress.
The following items should be finalized and validated before merging into the master branch:
[ ] Only the basecase material scenario (RES0) is defined yet. Scenario RES2.1, RES2.2 and RES2.1+RES2.2 should be defined.
[ ] Only the standard energy efficiency scenario is defined yet. Scenario non-standard, efficient and ZEB should be defined.
[ ] Decide on the structural design and calibrate against material intensity values.
Have assumed same foundation and perimeter columns as for RT. This leads to a fairly low steel intensity, and the structural material intensity values need review. Maybe @kamilitsa have some information?
Interior walls are gypsum boards. May assume concrete?
[ ] Two different office archetypes are created (different materials and energy modeling parameters, same geometry) for India and USA respectively. Have to decide how this should be handled in the RECC framework.
[ ] Update aggregate.xlsx with share of commercial/office building stock in each climate region
[ ] From my understanding, electrical equipment and lightning energy use become relatively more important for office buildings compared to residential buildings. Hence, it's maybe a good idea to account for the total energy demand and not only cooling/heating/DHW.
