The new residential archetypes described in my report are here added. Should work for all resource efficiency/energy efficiency/region scenarios. However, the values for MI and energy modeling requires validation for the small SFH concrete/masonry.
The conflict shouldn't be an issue, just some lines conflicting in settings.py
