Remove climate files #48

The current climate files may be copyright protected and should be removed.

@anistad: Thanks for the hint! @shnkn & @kamilitsa: Please backup climate files before your next git pull.

Hi @nheeren ,

I am currently trying to use BuildME, however I run into an (expected): FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\BuildME-master\\data\\climate\\meteonorm71\\2015\\Miami_FL-hour.epw'

I realize I could get the climate files from previous commits, but I know you are planning on removing them from git history. Is there a way I could get access to the files (while respecting copyrights)?

Dear Charles. We are not sure about the legal implications of sharing the climate files and decided to play it safe, i.e. remove them. Please write me an email with a list of the climate files you require. Also there are a number of websites that provide free e+ climate files.

Dear Niko, thank you. I will first try to replace the references to the copyrighted climate files in the code, and run them with publicly available climate files. If that doesn't work, I'll contact you via email!
