BuildME on Windows slow or crashing during multiprocessing #73

So I tried to run BuildME on Windows for the first time in a while, but it seems like it doesn't work properly. During the multi-threaded energyplus simulation with 20 simulations, the computer seems to freeze or it is just extremely slow. Does it work properly for you @shnkn and @kamilitsa? Is there something you had to adjust?

It finished after forever. I think my Mac is just incredibly fast...

Edit for anyone who cares. Same calculation with 2 cores less takes 20 instead of 30 minutes with non-optimized (ARM) binaries that is!
