Clothing icons changing from VV #897

Badmins can now VV edit item_state_icon to load clothing icons during the round. This is useful for special events because badmins can spawn clothing without having it in game icons files (and having copyright issues blah blah).

How to use:

  1. Download this Star Wars icons pack: http://rghost.ru/57253726
  2. Spawn grey jumpsuit.
  3. Edit icon and item_state_icon to icons pack.
  4. Edit item_color to nothing, edit icon_state and item_state to pilot
  5. Use your rebel pilot suit! Works with any type of clothing.

This fixes some troubles with color and alpha vars on glasses and belts too.

the biggest nitpick of the century: Can you swap "hand_r" and "hand_l" to "r_hand" and "l_hand", to match the rest of the codebase?

Otherwise this is great.

Changed. Also removed "_s" in icons pack. It must be removed everywhere, but i do not want to fix uniform.dmi
