Finally ~~steals~~ ports /tg/'s strip menu. Shouldn't have any bugs. Credit to the original creator guy and everyone that helped etc. Should be merge ready, @RemieRichards

I don't like this, purely because HOW CAN THE PLAYER ACCESS POCKETS/REMOVE OBSCURED STUFF when other people can't take it off them? Edit: Also takes longer to search people as sec, and people already get angry about their time being 'wasted by shitcurity'
