strange sprite update issue with hulk/husks #908

Dehulking someone, or absorbing/burning someone won't always properly update the character sprite.

This is especially bad with hulks, we had security outright murder a few hulked players today because they were unaware that they had been dehulked from the damage.

Probably worth testing if it also happens with people becoming slimepeople.

Hulk's are an issue with Dismemberment, my testing had it working, but once again the live version doesn't match my tests anymore. I'll look into it.
