You can't place surgery drapes on people, likely due to dismemberment. #916

Kind of major bug. Surgery as a whole is completely broken because drapes can't be placed on people. It simply attacks them and no window for selecting the surgery pops up.

Nevermind, the player was targeting the groin. Though perhaps someone might want to check that out.
