going to add drug stuff, this is just wip

bath salts - reduces stun time slightly while making you move like you're at 100000% drunkness (working on getting stun time lower, currently functions like synap except a little better. plan to reduce stun time to almost 0) 1 space cleaner, 1 enzyme, 2 mercury

pentetic acid - eliminates both radiation and toxin damage, 5 rad and 3 toxin per cycle 1 ammonia, 1 chlorine, 1 radium

Look at all the nonexistant full type paths in chem code. Mind cleaning a little of that up if you know how?
