Software: Enforce style guidelines with CI #39

What is the point of having CI if we don't have any tests? I understand this is good practice but we will not be writing tests for this app as it is for internal use only. I think there are other priorities before working on these tasks.

Just wanted an excuse to mess with github actions. I won't be prioritising this over other stuff.

haha no problem, you can set the github action for CI when we will work on the biofeedback product that we will deploy.
