It would be very useful if Exhibit allowed the loading and displaying of HTML and webpages allowing there to be live updating information.

Unfortunately this is not going to be an option for Exhibit. Apple does not make WebKit available for tvOS which is the framework that Apple uses to allow developers to include webviews in their apps.
