Right now, every month Cary needs to log into the portal check that every tab in the powerBI report does not containing reports that have scrollbars for each disease team and send out the email.

This is hard, because it takes lots of manual time. Catherine and I discussed potential solutions: 1) Enlarge canvas sizes

Make sure that if you do so, the export to PDF is maintaining the new format 2) Embed powerBI report somewhere in Notis or somewhere that providers can access
We can use the EDW portal.
To do this, we would need to set up an automated email that goes out every month and sends a link for the doctors to access the report.
For embedding into Notis, we would need to discuss with Anlil and Fang

Option 2 of using the EDW portal and creating an automated email seems to be the most feasible! We will explore that option.

Creating this issue to track this problem and identify optimal resolutions.
