It took me probably 30 minutes to figure this out, so it would be nice to have this in README itself:

ocl-icd-opencl-dev is the package to install for OpenCL headers and interactions with the vendor loaders.

What is the error if ocl-icd-opencl-dev is not installed? I have never had this problem and have never installed this package before.
