There aren't any affordances to get mentors to think about (or help them identify) general practice gaps, which is fine for this prototype -- that's what @gragragrace @NoodleSoup0 are working on with their system.
For now, might be helpful to have a short message reminding mentors to think about general practice issues as they notetake. Something to the effect of: "as note assessments of what is happening, consider if these are general gaps in the student's practice of regulatory skills beyond the current issue"
