Get flickr image URLs from API #25

moved XHR request code into utils
added base58 encoding and decoding from Timeline
get images from Flickr API

Note: there isn't any validation for URLs, so any url that isn't a Flickr URL won't work anymore. Make sure that your spreadsheet has URLs like this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/zachwise/33208603105/
