vco-sizebar positioning within absolute/fixed positioned containers #10

When the storymap div is placed within a container that uses absolute or fixed positioning and a non-zero left or top offset, the vco-sizebar element ends up offset accordingly. For example, if the storymap div is placed within a container with a left and top offset of 50px, the vco-sizebar element ends up shifted 50px too much to the right and bottom.

this one is proving tricky. I'll have to deal with it after next week

Removed this functionality for now and maybe permanently.
