Add documentation about Google Apps for Education/Google Apps for Business #160

A Zendesk user had trouble publishing the Timeline (step 2) because his Google Apps for Education environment did not permit it. We should be able to add some information in that step to caution/clarify.

Here is what we say as a zendek macro: "You need to enable "allow users to publish documents on the web." This would, of course, allow users to publish any documents, so you'd have to choose whether that's acceptable, or whether you just want people to use public Google Drive for this."

I think we could also recognize URLs that match /docs.google.com\/a\/(.+?)\/spreadsheets/ which seems to be the sign of white-label Google Apps setups, and show a warning right there.
