Non-linear scale #394

Hi all,

I would really like to use timeline.js in my web project.

There are events starting from 1600 to 2016, but most of them are located between 1900 and 2016. Is it possible to have a non-linear timeline, for example with smaller distances between 1600 and 1900, so that the user is able to see the events without having to scroll between large distances?

After some failed tries I didn't continue working with this timeline.
