Dark theme #438

Hello, There are several problems with the dark theme of timeline JS 3 locally: The icons work but are not visible for forward and reverse and for zoom. The background of the main view remains white while the rest of the window is dark. Can we use the dark theme with cdn? Thank you for your reply.
