Header issues at 850px #10

The black background bar gets taller (at least in this example from the work-in-progress Timeline doc site) and the preheader tab floats away from the top anchor-line

That header is a placeholder. I believe that @aaronsalmon is working on the real one in Blueline right now.

Though, it does raise a good point: the site needs to be responsified. I had assumed that Aaron would visit that when we was tweaking the design, however I'd be happy to work on it with him, too. Just let me know.

Scott and I met up today and worked on this. We came up with a solid bulletproof solution that is responsive and takes into account what type of nav they are using. It's pretty great.
