We need something to show for 404 errors. Sometimes 500 errors occur before the system can catch them and route to a good error presentation, but we should try to cover that as well.

At some point, it might be cool if these gave people some pointer towards _learn_ing what 404 and 500 errors are...

I've implemented what @thehandsomepanther made for starters, but will leave this open for a little to see if anyone wants different text, or more stylistic continuity with the rest of the site, or...

although, tbh, it's kinda nasty to use h2 and h3 for formatting like that! so if we stick with these, we should at least switch to more semantic markup
