The building process should be simpler

I wrote a little bash script to take care of most things such as building 
ioquake3 for Android, the JNI, copying the libs in each of the supported 
architectures just to save time when building and testing.

It should be placed inside your ioquake3 directory and called from there, feel 
free to adapt it to your needs.

Sorry I am new to this.  How and where do I run build.sh?  Should I run from 
cygwin bash shell and what command?
