fixes #206 by refreshing after registering a patient

also removes the extra chevron that appeared in the patient visit dropdown in create consultation

LGTM for the refresh page search.

I would say that both methods are fine. I think the chevron button icon looks better but should prob encapsulate the dropdown into a styled component then

The dropdowns across the webapp all seem to be different so i'm just gonna leave it hor
