install @nuwcdivnpt/stig-manager-client-modules from npm instead of from GitHub
remove fast-xml-parser and he since their capabilities are now implemented by @nuwcdivnpt/stig-manager-client-modules
remove deprecated XMLParser and valueProcessor options from the call to the parse function
update all dependencies in package-lock.json
